Mystic Dead Providence Concert reviews
Lupe was great, the venue workers were not
"Iyaz & Lupe were both fantastic. However, I have a rather large complaint about the concert. Paid extra for lower level tickets, along with many others, only to be told upon arriving that only the first 1200 concert goers were allowed to go to the bottom level. Not part of that first 1200 nor knowing about the limit until my arrival (I would have come earlier had I known this!), I was forced to watch the concert from the upper level seats despite having forked over more money for a lower level ticket. Everyone around me seemed to have the same issue, so I'm not sure why so many lower level tickets were sold once the 1200 limit was reached.
Upset that I paid extra, did not receive what I paid for, was never informed about this policy, and the staff was really rude about it at the event. Going to think twice before buying tickets through Ticketmaster, for events at Hilton, or for anything produced by the Student Union Board. Disappointed in all parties involved."
